FERGUSON, Judge:

Tried before an Air Force special court-martial, the accused pleaded guilty to charges of wrongful cohabitation, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 10 USC § 934, and issuing a worthless check, in violation of Code, supra, Article 123a, *29810 USC § 923a. In accordance with his plea, he was found guilty and sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, partial forfeitures of his pay for a stated period, and confinement at hard labor.
