Consistent with Appellant’s pleas, Appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of two specifications of conspiracy to sell military property, one specification of wrongfully using a controlled substance, and two specifications of larceny in violation of Articles 81, 112a, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 912a, 921 (2012).1 He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for forty-eight months, and a reduction to the grade of E-l.
