This matter is on appeal from the final Order entered on July 81, 1987, and from the Memorandum Opinion entered on September 11, 1987, in this matter, by the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of North Carolina. Appellant, the Federal Land Bank of Columbia (hereinafter “Land Bank”), contests the Bankruptcy Court’s ruling confirming the debtors’ Amended Chapter 12 Plan.
