This Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding was filed by debtors Estle and Loretta Cook on February 5, 1986, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. On December 15, 1986, following a series of motions and hearings, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed this proceeding based on the debtors’ alleged failure to comply with an order issued by the Bankruptcy Court on August 29, 1986.
