MEMORANDUM
JAMES N. GABRIEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue before the Court is whether the modified third amended plan of reorganization (the “plan”) of Agawam Creative Marketing Associates, Inc. (“Agawam” or the “Debtor”) should be confirmed. The Debtor’s secured creditors, Farmers and Traders Life Insurance Company (“Farmers and Traders”) and Security National Bank (“Security National”), as well as the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), have objected to the Debtor’s plan.
