Affirming.

The appellant, Jerome Thomas, was indicted and convicted in the Fayette circuit court of the crime of false swearing, and his punishment fixed by the jury at confinement for one year in the state penitentiary. A new trial being denied and judgment entered upon the verdict, Thomas appeals. He urges eight grounds for reversal which are in substance as follows:(1) Insufficiency of the indictment; (2) variance between the allegations of the indictment and the proof; (3) error in overruling motion of defendant for continuance ; (4) bad feeling between…
