Defendant Scott Fleming pled guilty to one count of sale of cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352) after the trial court de*701nied his motion under Penal Code section 1538.51 to quash a search warrant. He appeals pursuant to section 1538.5, subdivision (m).

Defendant presents two issues, First, he asserts that the Santa Barbara County magistrate lacked jurisdiction to issue a search warrant to be executed in Los Angeles County.
