This appeal is from the following order of the Public Service Commission: “It is further ordered: That, if and when applications for service are made to respondent, Riverton Consolidated Water Company, in accordance with its tariff rules, with written guarantees by the several applicants of a total gross revenue from said extension of not less than $410 per year, respondent water company forthwith extend its service to the community known as Rana Villa, in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, and more particularly to the properties now or late of the following, to-wit.”…
