POLLOCK, District Judge.
This is an action in the nature of ejectment brought by the plaintiff to recover from defendants the possession of a tract of land described in the petition, as follows:
“All of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and lots five (5) and six (6) section *599two (21 township nineteen (19) north, range thirteen (13) east, and lot five (5) section twenty-nine (29), township eighteen (18) north, range thirteen (13) east, containing one hundred and fifty-eight and ninety-four hundredths acres, more or less.”
