1Opinion of the Court

DEADY, District Judge.

This suit was brought to enjoin the defendants from using the name of the complainant’s corporation— The Oregon Central Railway Company — and particularly from issuing bonds in the name of said corporation. It is alleged in the bill that the complainant is the owner and holder of two of said corporation’s bonds, of the denomination of $1,000 each, and that for reasons stated in the bill, the use of such name by the defendants and the issuing of such bonds by them, do and will depreciate the market value of complainant’s bonds to his damage not less than $1,000.
