This suit is brought by Thomas Collinson, a citizen of California, against Eugene S. Jackson and Mary Jackson, his wife, and Tilden Beauchamp, her father, all citizens of Oregon, to set aside two certain conveyances of over 160 acres of real property, situated in Washington county, Oregon, as being made to hinder, delay, and defraud the creditors of said Eugene Jackson. The case was heard upon the bill, the answer of the defendants Mary Jackson and Beau-champ, and the replication thereto and the testimony. As against *306the defendant Eugene S.
