This case arises out of the sale of an automobile by the defendant to the plaintiff, which the plaintiff claims vibrated objectionably. The evidence indicates that one of the plaintiff’s principals, upon driving the automobile a few miles, discovered a vibration and returned the ear to the defendant’s dealer in Rutland.
