Introduction

Before the Court are two motions for summary judgment arising out of a dispute over rights to interests in the renewal term of copyrights to the musical compositions of the late country music singer, Hank Williams, Sr. (“Williams, Sr.”). The complaint of the plaintiff, the alleged illegitimate daughter of Williams, Sr., asserts two claims.
