This is an action seeking reformation of an automobile insurance policy. Jesse A. and Bettye S. Purvis, individually and as personal representatives of the estate of their daughter, Cynthia Louise Purvis, sued State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company after Cynthia was killed when the car in which she was a passenger left the road and collided with a tree. The driver’s insurer paid the Purvises $25,000.00, the policy limit.
