I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court for consideration of Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Dkt. # 6. 1 Defendant asserts that as a religious organization it is exempt from the religious discrimination provisions of Title VII. Plaintiffs oppose the motion, contending that Defendant does not qualify as a religious organization and is not exempt.
