The Lewis B. Wood Realty Company, a corporation, commenced this action against E. R. Greer in the district court of Tulsa county to recover the sum of $262.50 as broker’s commission. The cause .was tried to court and jury. At the conclusion of the testimony of plaintiff, demurrer to the evidence was sustained by the court and judgment rendered for defendant, and the. plaintiff brings error.
