Apollo Sprinkler Co., Inc. (Apollo), appealed from a district court judgment in a garnishment proceeding in which Apollo asserted the right of Fire Sprinkler Suppliers & Design, Inc. (Fire Sprinkler), to benefits under an insurance policy issued by Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Co. (MSI). Apollo also appealed from an order denying its motions for amendment of the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment.
