This is an appeal by the plaintiff in a quiet title action from a judgment based on an order sustaining a demurrer to the complaint without leave to amend.

The allegations of the first amended complaint show the following: The plaintiff claims ownership of six noncontiguous sections and fractional sections of land in the Mojave School District in Kern County. The first installments of the 1931-32 taxes on the several separately assessed parcels were paid.
