Max-Planck-Gesellschaft Zur Foerderung der Wissenschaften E.V. (“Max-Planck”) brings this action against the law firm Wolf Greenfield & Sacks, PC (“Wolf Greenfield”), alleging that Wolf Greenfield committed legal malpractice and breach of its fiduciary duty in the course of its alleged representation of Max-Planck. The parties have filed cross motions for summary judgment.
