PRATT, Justice.

Defendants, James A. and Mabel M. Ward, are the owners of a 26 acre plot of farm land near North Willard, Box Elder County, Utah. They had, prior to the time their land was condemned, built thereon several farm out buildings and a basement house which they occupied and used as their home. The Wards built their basement house in 1935 and had lived in it for eleven years at the time of this proceeding. Mr. Ward testified that he and his family intended to continue living in the home until he was able to build another one. It seems to be undisputed that the basement home was not…
