Walter Dulaney appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants — Miami-Dade County, Florida (“the County”), and Local 1403 Metro-Dade Fire Fighters, International Association of Fire Fighters (“the Union”) — as to all of his disability discrimination in employment claims, raised pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12112; and the Florida Civil Rights Act (“FCRA”), Fla.
