MEMORANDUM OPINION
MADELINE HUGHES HAIKALA, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
Plaintiff Steve Adkison alleges that the defendant, Sheriff Ronnie Willis, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 *1193(ADA) and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by placing Mr. Adkison on leave from his job as a Lauderdale County sheriffs deputy pending the results of a psychological evaluation. (Doc. 7). Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, Sheriff Willis has asked the Court to enter judgment in his favor on Mr. Adkison’s claims. (Doc. 25).
