On December 7, 2005, plaintiff Italian Designer Import Outlet, Inc., doing business as Casa Italia, was engaged in the business of selling men’s clothing at retail at 1376 Coney Island Avenue, premises owned by defendant Island Holding, LLC, and was insured under a business owners special policy, providing business personal property coverage, issued by defendant New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
