Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Doyle, J.), entered December 29, 2006 in Greene County, which, among other things, granted plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment.

In 2002, plaintiffs purchased a summer home in the Town of Hunter, Greene County. Thereafter, they entered into a “ski season lease” renting the property for the months of November 2004 to April 2005 to two individuals who are not parties to this action.
