This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court in an action by the Board of Managers of the Oak Hall Condominium Association against Oak Hall Associates, L.P., and its general partner, Diversified Equity Investment, Inc., for unpaid common expense assessments on 47 condominium units owned by Oak Hall Associates, L.P.
