This action in equity seeks an accounting and injunctive relief in connection with two promissory notes given by the plaintiffs to the defendant Lussier’s assignor, Angus McPherson. The predominant obligation is in the amount of $16,158, dated August 18, 1955, and was secured by real and personal property mortgages on the plaintiffs’ farm, livestock and farm machinery in Charleston, Vermont. The other note is in the amount of $3,200, dated July 25, 1952 and is secured by a mortgage on property of the plaintiffs situated in Island Pond, Vermont.
