This is a bill in equity to enforce a claimed “reciprocal negative easement” under the principles of Sanborn v. McLean, 233 Mich. 227 (60 A. L. R. 1212). Plaintiffs are the owners of lots in Ruehle Harper avenue subdivision; defendant Eliza De Roo is the owner of lots 50 and 51 of said subdivision, and her husband, defendant Modest De Roo, is joined as a participant in the alleged violation of the restrictions on the use to which the. lots in the subdivision may be put.
