This is a suit in equity instituted by the appellants, plaintiffs below, against the respondent, seeking an injunction prohibiting the respondent from using his property for any purpose other than for residential use and more particularly prohibiting him from proceeding with the erection of a filing station alleged to be in violation of certain restrictions placed thereon by Vance Edwards, now deceased. The matter came on for a hearing before Honorable W. B. McGowan, Judge of the Greenville County Court, who on September 25, 1954 filed his order…
