A. FINDINGS OF FACT

1. The bankruptcy case underlying this proceeding was commenced under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 3, 1989, by the Debtor, DELOIS GERST (hereinafter “the Debtor”).

2. On May 11, 1989, we appointed Cora Anderson, the Debtor’s mother, as the Debtor’s guardian ad litem, due to the allegation that the Debtor suffers from severe mental illness, requiring periodic hospitalization.
