OPINION AND ORDER

Movant, Bruce Dwain Atherton, moves this Court to enter an order permanently disbarring him from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In response, the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) agrees that Movant’s conduct warrants permanent disbarment.
