J. Baxter Schilling, KBA Member No. 61905, bar roster address 1513 S. 4th Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40208, was admitted to practice law in Kentucky in 1975. The Kentucky Bar Association’s Board of Governors found Schilling guilty of five counts of professional misconduct in connection with his role as an examiner in the Big Rivers Electric Corporation bankruptcy proceeding in the late 1990s and recommended a public reprimand from this Court as the sanction.
