Movant, Frank G. Dickey, Jr., whose last known address was 2908 Eastbrook Court, Lexington, Kentucky, 40502, was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on September 1, 1969. On December 6, 2002, Dickey entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, in violation of 15 USC §§ 78(j)(b) and 78ff(a), in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
