DECISION

MILLS, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, Airman Deisher was convicted by a general court-martial with members of forgery, housebreaking, and two specifications of carrying a concealed weapon. The approved sentence is a bad conduct discharge, three months hard labor without confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to E-l. On 26 April 1990, the convening authority remitted the unexecuted portion of the sentence to hard labor without confinement.
