INTRODUCTION
In an effort to invalidate a mortgage that is currently the subject of a pending foreclosure action, the Aminas, proceeding pro se, bring claims against several creditors and/or servicing entities alleging violations of federal and state law. This is the Aminas' third action filed in this district court concerning this mortgage transaction.
