We will herein refer to the parties by name or as they appeared in the trial court, where plaintiffs in error were defendants and defendant in error was plaintiff.

Plaintiff brought the action to recover damages allegedly sustained by her in connection with the purchase of residence property in the City and County of Denver, which she claims was induced by false and fraudulent representation made by defendants.
