The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, defendant-appellant herein, seeks reversal of a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, which was based on a jury verdict holding the Brotherhood liable for breach of duty to fairly represent plaintiff-appellee- Leroy Foust in grievance proceedings addressed to the Union Pacific Rail*712road and ultimately to the Railway Adjustment Board.
