Plaintiff Mark Harless brings this action against defendants Thomson Holdings, Inc. (“Thomson”), and Research Institute of America (“RIA”), alleging untimely disclosure of documents requested pursuant to the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), miscalculation of his Long-Term Disability (“LTD”) benefits in violation of ERISA, and miscalculation of his Short-Term Disability (“STD”) benefits in violation of state contract law.
