MEMORANDUM OPINION
REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.
The plaintiff brings this action under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, against the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”). 1 This matter is currently before the Court on the DOJ’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons discussed below, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
