— Appellee instituted this action against appellant by filing a complaint in one paragraph to recover damages for an alleged slander. Subsequently an amended complaint in two paragraphs was filed. Demurrers to the original complaint, and to each para*90graph of the amended complaint were overruled. An answer in general denial closed the issues. The cause was submitted to a jury for trial resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of appellee.
