— This is an action by appellee against appellant to recover the value of an automobile. The cause was tried on appellee’s second paragraph of complaint, which alleges in substance, among other things, that one Selby Huling Sale was in its employ on July 14, 1919, as manager of its branch house at Memphis, Tennessee; that while in its employ on said date, said Sale, after business hours and without its knowledge or consent, took and withdrew from the warehouse of appellee in the city of Memphis, in the State of Tennessee, a certain automobile which was then in its possession, and has wholly…
