MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLYER, District Judge.
Elliotte Patrick Coleman complains that the Potomac Electric Power Company (“Pepeo)” violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the D.C. Human Rights Act, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-1401.01 et seq. (“DCHRA”), by continuously retaliating against him for exercising rights afforded him by law. Pepeo has filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that Mr. Coleman’s complaint was filed too late and is barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
