This action was brought by Max Reyes against the defendant W. N. Goss and others, defendants in error in this court, to quiet title to a certain tract of land in Sem*141inole county. Sam J. Rhoades, Fordee-Rhoades Oil Company, Smith-Horton Drilling Company, and F. W. Abshire, claiming under an oil and gas lease made by Max Reyes, were made parties to the action and joined with the plaintiff in asserting his title to the property as against the defendants.
