Introduction
Ritenour School District (“Ritenour”) appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of Sylvanus Brian McBryde (“McBryde”). Ritenour claims four points on appeal. First, it claims the trial court erred in denying its Motions for Directed Verdict and Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict because McBryde failed to make a submissible case of race discrimination under the Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”).
