STAHL, Circuit Judge.
Defendant/appellant Airborne Freight Corporation (“Airborne”) appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff/appellee John Michael Kelley (“Kelley”). After a ten-day trial, a jury found that Airborne had wilfully discriminated against Kelley on the basis of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (“ADEA”) and knowingly violated its state law counterpart, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B (“ch,151B”).
