This is an appeal by defendant from an order granting plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial. The action was brought by the plaintiffs to recover damages for the wrongful death of their twenty-two-months’-old child. Judgment for defendant was entered upon a jury’s verdict. Thereafter, plaintiffs moved for a new trial on three grounds: (1) Insufficiency of the evidence; (2) that the verdict and judgment were against law, and (3) errors in law.
