BISHOP, J.
The defendant, Pro Park, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the plaintiff, Gebrehiwet Mokon-nen. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the court improperly charged the jury on the plaintiffs religious *627discrimination claim and (2) there was insufficient evidence to support the plaintiffs negligent misrepresentation claim.1 We agree with the defendant, reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the matter for a new trial on the discrimination claim.
