BISHOP, J.

The defendant, Ralion Financial Services, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court ren dered in favor of the plaintiff, The Savings Bank of Manchester, after a trial to the court. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court incorrectly found that the plaintiff met its burden of proving by a preponderance of the evidence its claim of negligent misrepresentation. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
