The plaintiff Fidele J. Savoie, 1 executor of the estate of his deceased wife, Huberte Marie Savoie (plaintiffs decedent), brought this action for medical malpractice, and individually for loss of consortium, against the defendant Ibrahim M. Daoud, a general surgeon. 2 The plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the defendant, rendered after a jury verdict.
