MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

In this statutory action, an impatient applicant for naturalization seeks injunc-tive relief to prod the defendants into (presumably favorable) action with respect to his naturalization application, or in the alternative to have his application adjudicated here. Defendants seek dismissal on jurisdictional grounds and have provided plaintiff with the requisite Roseboro 1 notice.
