GOULD, Circuit Judge:
Waldo Waldron-Ramsey (‘Waldron-Ramsey”) appeals the district court’s order denying equitable tolling of the statute of limitations on his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 peti tion for a writ of habeas corpus and dismissing the petition as barred because it was untimely. We affirm the district court’s decision to deny equitable tolling and we affirm the district court’s denial of the petition as time-barred.
